Sea View is located in the grounds of the gorgeous Loraine Estate, just 10 minutes walk from Porthminster Beach, St Ives.  Stroll along the coast path past the old ‘Huer’s Hut’ where people used to keep watch for pilchard shoals in days gone by, down to the beach and the cobbled streets of this beautiful, iconic harbour town.

This peaceful retreat is very spacious and light with open plan living and a private garden.  Previously an artist’s studio there are beautiful sea views from the bedroom upstairs.

There is plenty of room for a cot upstairs.

Stroll into town along the coast path, taking in the stunning expansive views of the Atlantic and over to Godrevy lighthouse.

Indulge in the vibrant art scene that St Ives has to offer.  Discover art galleries with incredible talents on show and the wonderful Tate St Ives overlooking Porthmeor Beach.

Sit back against the harbour wall at low tide, out of the breeze (throughout the year). Watch the fishing boats and people and the sunshine on your face.

The cottage is located in the grounds of the Loraine Estate and you are welcome to explore the beautiful shared gardens.

Sea View has wonderful high ceilings & windows filling it with light. Downstairs is open plan with a well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, perfect for planning your day ahead with a morning coffee.  There is a nice sunny dining table and living space, with plenty of seating for relaxing.

A lovely reading nook under the conservatory is warm and the perfect place to unwind.

Upstairs is a spacious, bright, airy bedroom with gorgeous sea views & a large king size bed.  There is plenty of room for a cot. Please note that the room is open to the stairs. There is a traditional family bathroom downstairs with bath with overhead shower.
